oops didn't see that post.
Yes, I changed DSL provider but didn't get around to copy it back
Anyway, the kaos chapter is attached. I had to delete the other pages to get below the 300k limit, unfortunately.

Unzip to temporary folder and open any .html file in "dest". It needs to be unzipped, otherwise navigation won't work.
