Hello,
In my raptor 50, the one-way bearing in the main wheel got stuck. Well, I took it apart and added more grease, but the same happened again today.
Does anybody have a solution, or comments? Buy a new one? Any upgrade parts worth considering?

Hey,
I had same problem twice. I thing you don't need new one. I washed one-way bearing with gasoline and then I used ATF-oil (Automatic Transmission Fluid - red one), since then it have worked.
There is also an other problem. If tail belt is too tight, that plastic gear take contact to one-way bearing, I took sand-paper and take some plastic away from inside part of that plastic gear. You can try it without belt so that you keep lower gear on place with hand and try upper gear, it should run easily. When you put tail belt on place it should work same way, if not you should make some modifications.

moro, pieni tarkennus tohon öljyyn näin savon kielellä, se öljy on ATF-öljyä.. ;) -jp-

Olet oikeassa: ATF = Automatic Transmission Fluid - korjasin edelliseen sepustukseen :-[

OK, thanks. Will try (and check whether the wheels touch).
