Always a matter of opinion, but I recommend Brain.

BeastX is really easy to set up and works fine.
-
Plus one for the BeastX. Really easy to setup and doesn't need a computer to setup or fine tune.
-
Boils down to whether you like to do the setup with computer or not.
Computer: MSH Brain, vBar
No Computer: BeastX or CGY750
Personal, possibly skewed opinion:
When it comes to flight characteristics, with Brain you are a bit more connected to heli, beastX doe's the trick very well also but you feel a bit external. It is a matter of taste. With CGY, there is ton's of things to tweak but it flies also quite well with defaults. I have never flown anything with vBar but track record is obvious, it's good.

I think that Align 3gx is posiblle program with computer or whit out. It´s not bad, better than beast-x.

And what I have read about it, better hit throttle hold than auto level.

That's the old school way. I bet the auto level has potential, but it is still quite experimental & most of us are used to trottle hold.
Brain auto level e.g., does not take care of tail orientation. That is difficult for beginners.

Those will be standard in a couple of years for cheap RTF helis, but how is it supposed to work when you have to set it up (and test-fly it) yourself?
Most people can't stay mentally sharp for the whole flight duration. No, it's a skill that needs to be practised, and it takes a long time to learn. With auto-level, you train instead to flick the switch when a black-out is coming.
Dead end, IMHO, can't remember any success stories, only failure (and the only way not to crash is not to fly).
