a little weekend project in Java ME development
A "smart" maintenance checklist running on a mobile phone. I don't think that everybody needs it, but I've had my share of hairy and avoidable surprises with screws coming loose etc.
I've used it now for 70 flights and it works just as expected. Messing around with your phone in the field isn't as clumsy as I would have thought, it sure beats pen and paper.

Attached, the program:
Send via bluetooth to a Java-ME-supporting mobile phone, then installation starts. Note, you cannot run it on a PC.

Installed great on a N95. Neat little program and a very good idea! Always have to appreciate the effort when someone gets something done with Symbian ;).
