Sain vihdoin valmiiksi toisen kopteri (oikeastaan jo kuukausi sitten). Ensimmäinen oli samanlainen HDX-450 mutta flybarred (http://www.kopterit.net/index.php?topic=4687.0). Tällä kertaa muuten sama kopu mutta flybarless Gyrobotilla ja Outragen nupilla toteutettuna. Gyrobotin johdotuksia ei mitenkään saa supersiistiksi, mutta aina voi yrittää...

interesting. I'm curious how it flies.
I had my own 450 FBL out today for a number of flights, and realized that it handles like a wet towel :)
When you set up the swash driver, make sure that upper swash plate and blade grips are aligned. The blade grip balls aren't exactly centered, the pushrod rubs against the guiding plate (I guess that wears in after a while).
One good way is to hold the lower swash plate elevator ball and the unused upper swash ball between thumb and index finger. Then check, that the blade grips are aligned with the body / tail boom.

My flying level is lower than yours (just started learning tic-tocs etc) but compared to my other heli it flies like a dream. Only problems I still have are having tail wag sometimes after coming out of fff left banking curve, tail sometimes "bites" the air (drops) when flying backwards and sometimes heli starts to shake after blades go to flutter (caused vibration caused by flutter and maybe too hight aileron axis gains). After I started to fly with this one I have learned more in couple of weeks than whole last year :)
Also the Outrage swashlock causes some vibrations. I have already ordered symmetrical one.

Oman kokemukseni perusteella Gyrobot 700 sietää varsin paljon tärinöitä ilman, että se vaikuttaisi gyron toimintaan. Jos kopteri alkaa täristää ääritilanteissa, voi aileron & elevator-P gaineja pienentää hieman. Aileron & Elevator I-gainit voivat olla reilusti korkeammat kuin P-gainit (näin toimii ainakin Protoksessa ja Gaui EP200:ssa).
Jos pirostopit ovat toiseen suuntaan ok mutta toiseen suuntaan vägää, voit pienetää pyrstöroottorin lapakulmia toiseen suuntaan(=RudderMin / RudderMax-asetusta) kunnes perä alkaa toimia identtisesti kumpaankin suuntaan.
Feedback-arvo kannattaa pitää varsin pienenä niin kopterin asento "lukittuu" entisestään. Omassa kopterissani feedback on mustaakseni 5 tai 6.
