3GX v4.0 tekee perästä kumilankamaisen (Bugi Firmwaressa)

Jos ja kun joku on päivittänyt 3gx:änsä 4.0 firmikseen
Ja miettii että mitä minä nyt en tässä osaa, ku tuo perä tuollai.... ?

Ei hätää mitään, päivityksessä on bugi joka saa kopun perän tuntumaan kumilankamaiselta jojolta. Jotkut ovat saaneet tuloksia säätämällä dileitä.... (turhaa kikkailua).
Kahden 700 trexin perusteella (KL, ja minä), downgradetkaa takaisin 3.1 versioon, ja kaikki on taas hyvin. En jaksa selittää enempää, googlatkaa.

Nosta perän gainia. Jos gainin säätö on turhaa kikkailua niin päivitä sit alas vaikka versioon 1.0.
4.0 on todella hyvä lentää. Jos et huomaa eroa niin sit et huomaa.

4.0 on visiin kokonaan uusi softa. Perän gainia on pitänyt lisätä sekä 450 että 700E kopuissa. Mulla toimii 700E:n perä nyt paremmin kun millään muulla softaversiolla. Samaten 450 on todella hyvä lentää. 700N oli hyvä lentää mutta nuppiin tuli värähtely leijunnassa ID 2:lla kun tankki meni alle puolen välin. Perä ja lentotuntuma oli tässäkin hyvä. En ihmettele yhtään tota 700N:n nuppi värähtelyä sen verran välykselliset servot (ds 615) siinä on. Värähtely oli saattanupoistua nupin gainia tiputtamalla.
Perus lähtökohta on, että mekaniikan pitää olla kunnossa. Ei huonoa mekaniikkaa korjata millään softalla. Niinpä munkin nirto odottaa servon vaihto remontia.

WARNING -- it appears that software version 4.0 has a serious flaw affecting operation of the tail rotor servo and the heading hold gyro operation.

After installing and flying V4.0 for about a week now in 8 different installations, I am reverting all back to V3.1 for the present time.

V4.0 SEEMS TO HAVE A NASTY BUG DEALING WITH HOW THE HEADING HOLD GYRO FUNCTION DRIVES THE TAIL ROTOR SERVO.

Of the 8 installations, I have seen erratic gyro and tail rotor servo control on a Trex 250 installation, a Trex 500 installation, and a Trex 450DFC installation.

In the three installations that act odd, I spent most of yesterday evening tearing my 250's tail rotor assembly apart, checking for faulty bearings, checked the servo, and its linkage, as tail control was very erratic.

This evening, the 450DFC I have began to act in a similar manner. Figuring that two completely different helis would not have the same mechanical or electrical problem, I began to suspect a rudder pot problem in my trusty X9303 transmitter. But further inspection of the transmitter shows that it operates just fine.

I reverted the 450DFC back to V3.1, and once again have solid control over the rudder.
