Piroing loop

Did you ever notice that a flip and a loop are almost the same thing? Take the speed out of a loop and you've got a flip (or, a crash :D) Simple as that.
Similarly, a piroflip with some speed turns into a piro-loop. The lower half is quite easy, you'll probably do it many times when practising piroflips (the heli bounces up and down). The upper half is more challenging, because
  • we need momentum to carry the heli across the top
  • and then we're heading towards terra firma while piroing
Piro loops without careful preparation are one of the favourites of the "skiing teacher from hell". Don't worry. It's just an avalance. You're faster.

In the same way that stall turns are very good homework for loops, we prepare for piroing loops with a piro stall turn.
