"piroflip" minus "piro" equals..?

What next? A couple of half flips. Repeat until you're confident.
Some of your piroflips will undoubtedly go wrong and the heli comes out at an awkward angle. Let's be prepared:

Huh? Why "slowly"? I want to get fast!
As said, you'll end up many times with a heli facing to some weird direction. You want to recover safely and gracefully. In other words, you'll be facing very much the same difficulties as in a slow-flip.

At first, it may seem like slow flips are physically impossible. But eventually you'll get the hang of it (and besides, 3D is about redefining "physically impossible").
Once we introduce the "piro" to the flip, you'll be concentrating on cyclic for a while. So let's take the opportunity and work on collective, so that it happens automatically. I can guarantee that other aspects of your flying will benefit!
Do stationary flips, as slowly as possible, and pay close attention to collective
