Slow it down!

Turn simulator speed to 50 %
A very efficient exercise is to fly in "slow motion".
  • You can't rely on reflexes anymore, since they won't trigger at reduced speed
  • It won't let you "cheat" through difficult spots
  • It gives you a chance to spot errors and fix them.
  • If you notice that you're getting into a habit of repeating the same mistake again and again, DO slow it down and fix the problem. Otherwise there is the risk that you'll get better and better at the same mistake!
